I'm pretty sure it should be called a MODIFIED Incom T-47 Speeder. o3o

Cause the Snowspeeders are really just civilian speeders (specifically the Incom T-47) modified to withstand the cold climate of Hoth, as well as retrofitted with lasers and harpoon guns.
