Inspired by the song of the same name from the Halo 4 Soundtrack by Neil Davidge.

The Master Chief gets a rude awakening as he is caught in the middle of a massive engagement between UNSC and Storm Covenant forces over the surface of Requiem.

This one took a good month or so to complete...Not sure exactly how many hours I put into it, but I wanted to get it done before Halo 4 was released, so I met my deadline.
It is a mixed media piece, utilizing traditional art, digital painting, and photo-manipulation. 90% of the image was completed by digital painting in Photoshop CS5.
Credits to Halopedia, where photos of the UNSC and Covenant vessels were taken from.
